Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy applies to paragliding flight services purchased through the Mod Extrem website.

All users who make a purchase through our website are deemed to have accepted the following terms.


1. Booking and Flight Scheduling

Flight tickets purchased through our website are scheduled using a reservation system.

The flight day and time are determined considering customer availability and weather conditions.

Customers must contact us for booking procedures.


2. Cancellation Due to Weather Conditions

Paragliding flights are an activity entirely dependent on weather conditions.

Flights may not be possible in the following situations:

  • unsuitable wind conditions for flying

  • rainy weather

  • meteorological conditions preventing safe flight

In these situations:

  • the flight may be postponed to another date

  • the customer may request a refund if desired


3. Cancellation by Customer

Cancellation requests made by the customer are subject to the following conditions:

  • Refunds may be issued for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the reservation date.

  • Refunds may not be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the flight time.

Refund requests are evaluated by site management.


4. Reservation Change

Customers can change their reservation dates based on availability.

For reservation changes, customers must contact us before the flight date.


5. Refund Process

Once the refund is approved, the payment will be refunded via the relevant payment method if it was made through:

  • credit card

  • debit card

  • online payment system

Depending on the bank, refund transactions may reflect in the account within 3 – 10 business days.


6. Refunds for Used Services

No refunds can be made after flight services have been rendered.
